My work focuses on the systems behind teaching and learning: academic pathways, assessment, scheduling, accreditation, data, and the policies that hold them together. I am particularly interested in how schools turn good ideas into structures that actually work.

Assessment & Data

Assessment generates an enormous amount of information, but collecting data is easier than using it well. My work ranges from external examinations and baseline assessment to reporting, transcripts, and the practical question of how schools turn results into better decisions.

Most of my projects begin with an operational problem: a timetable that does not work, a reporting process that needs rebuilding, an accreditation requirement, or an academic program that has outgrown its original structure.
